Nestled in at the foot of the Winterhoek mountain range our home base provides our hunters with a comfortable stay and world class views. Our beautiful firepit is the perfect place to kick your feet up and share stories after a long day’s hunting.

When hunting with Doornrivier Safaris personal attention is one of our highest priorities, you are not just a number. Therefore you will never share camp with other hunting groups. When you and your family hunt with us, it is only YOU that hunt with us for the duration of your trip. 

While majority of our hunts are conducted from home base, there are however certain animals that are hunted on concessions that Doornrivier Safaris have access to. Rest assured that we only operate on concessions that meet our accommodation and hunting standards.

Your hunting day fee includes full accommodation: all meals, beverages, beers, laundry services, cleaning services and Wi-Fi, we run 100% on solar power and therefore never have power outages.
