Identification: Characterized by a white patch on their face. The stomach an inside parts of the hind legs are white. Brown body.

Habitat: Grass plains with sufficient water and shelter. Prefers sweet grass.

Habits:  Herd animal, the herds however has a very loose structure. Individual animals move freely between different herds.
