Scientific name: Cercopithecus aethiops

Identification: Body is grey with a black face and very long tale. The males scrotum is light blue. 

Mass: 3.8-8 kg  /  8-18 lbs

Shoulder height: 31 cm  /  12″

Life expectancy: 12 years

Habitat: Prefers dense bush cover specifically in dry river beds.

Habits: Lives in troops of up to 20 animals. Sleeps in high trees. Sunning them self in early morning is part of their daily routine.
